DIGITAL GAMEDAY INFORMATION GUIDE

Welcome to Howell High School Memorial Stadium for our varsity football contest on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4  at 7:00pm. In order to make your visit as pleasant as possible, please review the following information:

TEAMS:

• HOWELL HIGHLANDERS (5-0, 4-0 KLAA) - Green Jerseys

  • Last week - defeated Northville 27-12

• HARTLAND EAGLES (2-3, 2-2 KLAA) - White Jerseys

  • Last week - lost to Brighton 17-42

DID YOU KNOW...?

• Trophy Game...The Highlanders and the Eagles are competing for the coveted "M-59" trophy sign.

• Separated by only 12 miles, this is the 48th all time meeting between these two schools. Howell leads the all-time series 31-16. Hartland won last season's meeting, 35-22 at Hartland.

• Triple Digits...the Highlanders offense is averaging 101 passing and 260 rushing yards per game!

• Lockdown...the Highlander defense is allowing 115 passing and 105 rushing yards per game!

TICKETS:

• General Admission is $6.00.  CASH AND CARDS ACCEPTED AT THE GATE, ALSO AVAILABLE VIA GoFan.

• Please be advised that we have a NO RE-ENTRY policy in effect and we will charge until the end of the game.

• Those who wish to view the game from the “hill” will also be charged.

  • Tobacco, Vape, Alcohol, etc. is not permitted on school grounds.

• PRE-SALE Tickets will be sold at the Main Gate starting at 5:30 p.m.

• Gates open at 6:00 p.m. - Spectators will NOT be allowed into the stadium before that time.

CONCESSIONS/RESTROOMS:

• Concessions and restrooms are located at the main entrance of the stadium. 

• Porta johns are available near the visitor’s entrance as well as outside the stadium on the "hill."

GAME SCHEDULE:

• 5:00 p.m. - - Visitor locker room available (Same location for halftime)

• 5:30 p.m. - - 90:00 on game clock -  Field available for team pre-game activities.

• 6:00 p.m. - - ALL gates open to spectators

• 6:45 p.m. - - 15:00 on game clock - FB Teams leave the field - Pre-Game Band performance 

• 6:56 p.m. - - 4:00 on game clock - Visitors take the field - Howell will follow and enter through the "H"

• 6:57 p.m. - - 3:00 on game clock - Pre-Game Announcement Begins

• 6:58 p.m. - - 2:00 on game clock - National Anthem -  Teams stand at attention on sidelines.

• 7:00 p.m. - - 0:00, Band Leaves Field - KICK OFF

• Half-time fifteen (15) + three (3) minutes, as set on the scoreboard clock.

STREAMING:

• Howell vs Hartland will be live streamed on NFHSnetwork.com

BENCH/WARM UP:

• HOWELL will use the WEST bench and warm-up on the NORTH end of the field (scoreboard)

• HARTLAND will use the EAST bench and warm-up on the SOUTH end of the field (flag pole)

  • Vehicles ARE NOT ALLOWED to drive on the track.

VISITING SPECTATORS:

• Visiting spectators are asked to sit on the East side of Memorial Stadium behind the HARTLAND team bench.

• All fans can enter through the main gate in the Southwest corner or at the visitors gate on the South end. Away fans to sit on the Visitor section of the stands which is behind the team benches.

• Concessions and restrooms are located at the main entrance of the stadium.  Porta johns are available near the visitor’s entrance as well as outside the stadium on the "hill."

As you might have heard, Howell Schools was the winner of $5,000 and The Spotlight School of the Week in T-mobile's Friday Night 5G Lights Sweepstakes!  What an honor and a blessing! We want to continue to progress to the top 16 in this contest and we need your help!  The Top16 schools win $25,000 and a tailgate party! We can do this!  Why not us?!

All we need you to do is post on INSTAGRAM!!  We have over 150 families in our football program, if each family posted just once a week and our athletes posted once a week- WOW we would be in great shape... PLUS, 500 students or more at every football game! What if every family posted twice a week... We can do this!  WHY NOT US?!

Snap a pic of your athlete, or of you/ your friends at the game, or pull up a pic of your player from years ago, anything to show your Howell spirit!  All INSTAGRAM posts count if you use the correct hashtags and @'s.
